The
Bear Box
A Memoir by Carol J. Blinn
This
short personal piece records a simple slice of Carol's family life. When
all is said and done, it is the tiny windows through which we glimpse
our lives that stay with us the longest and enrich our human condition.
As Carol writes about her world, she will, from time to time, issue
short memory pieces about her work, about her family and not surprisingly,
about birds. This short text describes Carol's mother's penchant
for boxes.
